I'm looking to build a new gaming PC around the AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D CPU and want advice on selecting the best all-in-one (AIO) liquid cooler for it. The 7800X3D has a 105W TDP so it puts out quite a bit of heat. I'm hoping to overclock it mildly as well, so having a very capable cooler is a must. My case can fit up to a 360mm radiator. I want an AIO that can handle this CPU's heat output while staying relatively quiet. RGB lighting in the cooler would match my case lighting as a nice bonus too. What 240-360mm AIO coolers would you all recommend for the 7800X3D? I'm willing to spend around $150-200 for exceptional cooling capacity, build quality, and acoustics. Let me know your top AIO picks and if you have experience using them with a 7800X3D or similar Ryzen CPU. Thanks!
In my opinion, a air cooler like Peerless Assassin SE is enough for 7800X3D.
And if you still want an AIO cooler, a 240mm AIO or larger will suffice for the 7800x3D. Choose based on case compatibility; a 280mm offers slightly more cooling headroom. Despite the CPU's ~100W full load, higher temperatures are due to IHS and 3D cache design, not inadequate cooling. Larger radiators won't significantly impact temperatures for this processor. For example the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 240 A-RGB is a good choice for 7800X3D.

If you are looking for a high-end model, get the Corsair iCUE H150i Elite CAPELLIX XT.
NZXT Kraken X63 (280mm) is a good choice. https://www.amazon.com/NZXT-Kraken-280-Customizable-High-Performance/dp/B0BY3HJZGD/?tag=6890-20
Arctic Freezer II 280 is currently one of the best AIO coolers.
The 7800X3D is a great CPU, and it doesn't run too hot thanks to its efficient design. I've had success with the NZXT Kraken X53 240mm AIO. It keeps temperatures in check even during intense gaming sessions. Remember that proper thermal paste application and good case airflow are just as important as the cooler itself for optimal performance.
When considering an AIO cooler, opt for 280mm or 360mm models. 240mm variants offer little advantage over affordable tower coolers while retaining AIO drawbacks. The Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360mm is recommended, as it's barely pricier than the 280mm version yet operates more quietly. Surprisingly, the 360mm model is often cheaper on Amazon, making it a superior choice for performance and value.
