I'm building a new PC with an i7-12700K and I'm looking for the best CPU cooler options. I want something that can handle occasional high loads, but I don't plan to overclock right now. My budget is around £50-£60 for an air cooler, but I'm also considering an AIO if it's worth it. I’d appreciate recommendations for coolers that are quiet, efficient, and compatible with the LGA 1700 socket. What do you suggest?

For the i7-12700K, you have some excellent cooling options depending on your needs and budget. If you're looking for air coolers, the Noctua NH-D15 G2 is highly recommended for its performance and quiet operation. Alternatively, the FUMA 2 is a solid choice if you can find it in stock, especially since it supports the 1700 socket.
If you prefer liquid cooling, the Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360mm is a great option, providing excellent cooling performance, especially for overclocking. Ultimately, consider your case airflow and whether you plan to overclock in the future when making your decision.
