Improved IPC and clock speeds Based on recent generational improvements, the Ryzen 9 9950X will likely feature:
- 10-15% higher instructions per clock (IPC) compared to current Ryzen 7000 CPUs
- Max boost clocks in the 5.8-6.0 GHz range
- Faster base clocks around 4.5-4.7 GHz These enhancements should provide a notable single-threaded performance uplift.

According to RedGamingTech, 9950X is 46% faster in Cinebench R24 than Ryzen 9 7950X... 🤣 🤣 🤣 (I don't believe him)

According latest rumors, It said "at least a 10 percent improvement in IPC", which is based on "double-digit IPC uplift"
