Best CPU for 4070 SUPER ?

I'm planning to upgrade my rig with an RTX 4070 SUPER, but I'm unsure about the best CPU to pair it with. I mainly use my PC for gaming at 1440p and some light video editing. My budget for the CPU is around $400. I've been considering both Intel and AMD options. What's the sweet spot for performance without bottlenecking the GPU? Any specific recommendations or personal experiences you can share? Thanks in advance!

For $400, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D is the best choice.

The best choice is the 7800X3D, or you can wait for 9800X3D, it is expected to be released in late October.
