I'm thinking of get a new CPU, mainly for gaming, so I should get Ryzen 9 7950X3D, or just wait the upcoming Zen 5 Ryzen 9 9950X ?

7950X3D is great for gaming with 3D V-cache. If you want 9950X, you need to wait until later this year.
