What is the best CPU to pair with the RX 7900 XTX for gaming? I'm looking for options that won't bottleneck the GPU and provide great performance. Any recommendations for AMD or Intel CPUs would be appreciated! Price below $600.

For price below $600, I guess the best choice should be the recently released AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D.
