I'm putting together a new high-end desktop based on the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X CPU. I'll be using this system primarily for 4K video editing, 3D modeling and rendering.

What speed and timings would you recommend to get the most out of a 9950X? Is 32GB enough or should I go with 64GB?

Any specific RAM kits you suggest that are compatible and give great performance?

I think any DDR5 RAM with AMD EXPO at 6000MHZ CL30 is a good choice.

DDR5-6400 2x32GB appears optimal. DDR5-8000 shows minimal gains and occasional performance drops. Options like 2x48GB or 4x32GB configurations would be interesting alternatives.
