Here are some recommendations to consider:

CPU: Go for a high-core count processor like the AMD Ryzen 9 9950X or Intel Core i9-14900K. These offer excellent multi-threaded performance for AI workloads.

GPU: This is crucial for AI tasks. Look at the RTX 4080 SUPER or 4090 if you can find one within budget. These have excellent CUDA core counts and large VRAM, which is vital for training large models.

RAM: Aim for 64GB of DDR5 RAM. AI workloads can be memory-intensive, so more is better.

Storage: Get a 1TB NVMe SSD for your OS and frequently used files, plus a larger 2TB+ SSD or HDD for data storage.

Motherboard: Choose a high-quality board compatible with your CPU, with good VRMs for stable power delivery.

Power Supply: A 1000W 80+ Gold PSU should handle this system well.

Cooling: Consider a good AIO liquid cooler for the CPU, as AI workloads can generate a lot of heat.

Case: Ensure good airflow with a spacious case that can accommodate your components.

Remember, these are just suggestions. Adjust based on your specific AI workloads and any other tasks you'll be doing. Also, prices and availability can vary, so you might need to make some trade-offs to stay within budget.
