I'm looking to upgrade my gaming rig to handle smooth 4K gaming at high settings. What would you recommend as the best CPU and GPU combination to achieve consistent 60+ FPS performance at 4K resolution?

From the research I've done, it seems like for the CPU, either the Intel Core i7-14700K or AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D are the top choices. Both have strong single-threaded performance which is important for gaming. The i7-14700K has a slight edge in some games due to its hybrid architecture with performance and efficiency cores.
