I just got a new Radeon RX 7600 XT graphics card and am looking to pair it with a good CPU to avoid any bottlenecks. What CPUs would you recommend to get the most performance out of this GPU for 1080p and 1440p gaming? My budget is around $300-400 for the CPU.

If you need a high-end Intel CPU, get the 12900K, currently around $300 at Amazon.

The Ryzen 9 5950X is still a great CPU for RX 7600 XT, price around $350.

AMD has just announced the Ryzen 9000 series, these new CPUs should have better performance.

7800X3D is the best choice for price around $300.
