In the Q4 of 2024, likely in September for high-end models first (RTX 5090, RTX 5080)

Starting Q4 of 2024, with high-end models coming first, low-end models in early 2025.

Based on latest rumors, AMD has cancelled flagship RX 8000 series, so may NVIDIA delayed the RTX 5000 series ?
