New rumors suggest NVIDIA's upcoming RTX 5070 Ti will feature 16GB GDDR7 memory on a 256-bit bus, running at 28Gbps. The Blackwell-based card is expected to utilize the GB203-300 GPU with 8,960 CUDA cores and deliver 896 GB/s memory bandwidth - matching the RTX 5080's bandwidth despite having fewer cores.

The card's thermal board power (TBP) is reported at 285W, though specification details remain subject to confirmation. This positions the RTX 5070 Ti as having 1,792 fewer CUDA cores and 50W lower power consumption than the RTX 5080.

Expected to launch after the RTX 5090 and 5080, the RTX 5070 Ti may arrive before its non-Ti variant. The entire RTX 50 series is anticipated to debut at CES 2025, with Jensen Huang's keynote likely to reveal initial details. Board partners are reportedly preparing for production to meet projected demand.

These specifications remain unofficial, as plans could change before the expected Q1 2025 release window.
