As a first-time PC builder transitioning from PS5, I'm looking for recommendations on a graphics card that can handle AAA games at 1440p and 144Hz. I've considered the RTX 4070 Ti, but I've heard concerns about its VRAM not being sufficient for future games. Given my limited knowledge in this area, I'd appreciate suggestions for a GPU that will remain capable for upcoming titles. What would be the best option for high-performance 1440p gaming with good longevity?

My RTX 4070 handles all games at max settings in 1440p. Even Alan Wake 2 with ultra settings, path tracing, and DLSS runs at 60-80 fps. Any GPU better than the 4070 will perform well too.
