Want to first time to get next gen RTX 5080 GPU. So where can I pre-order or buy the RTX 5080 GPU?

You will be able to pre-order at Amazon, B&H Photo Video, Newegg, Best Buy. And release date is expected in late January to early February.

@peakverdee RTX 5080 will be the first 50 series GPU to be released, it is expected in middle January.

Some new infos: AIB cards are around $1500, very expensive.

Availability is extremely low at launch.
