Best RAM for MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk ?

I'm building a new PC with an MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk motherboard and I'm stuck on choosing the best RAM. I know the board supports DDR5, but I'm not sure about optimal speeds or timings. What capacity would you recommend for a balanced gaming and productivity setup?

What CPU do you use? if X3D CPUs, DDR5 6000 CL30 is a good choice.
