I planning to build a PC with 9800X3D and upcoming RTX 5080, so which RAM should I get for this build?

DDR5-6000 CL30 or DDR5-6400 CL32 would be optimal for the 9800X3D. The sweet spot is right around 6000-6400MHz since the memory controller starts struggling with stability at higher speeds. 32GB (2x16GB) is plenty for gaming and typical workloads.
