Is a 1600x900 resolution considered 1080p or 720p?

I want to understand how this resolution fits into the standard definitions of HD. When I set my monitor to 1600x900, what should I refer to it as? Is there a specific name for this resolution, and how does it compare to 720p and 1080p in terms of gaming performance?

It is consider as 900p.
