I recently built a system featuring the ASUS ROG Strix X870-A motherboard, and I'm on the hunt for the best RAM to maximize my setup's performance. I’m particularly interested in modules that offer robust overclocking capabilities while ensuring long-term stability and compatibility with my build. Has anyone experimented with specific brands or configurations that delivered exceptional results? Please share your insights, benchmarks, and personal experiences on which RAM offers the optimal balance for this motherboard. Thanks in advance.
DDR5 6000 CL30 is a good choice. https://www.amazon.com/s?k=ddr5+6000+cl30+amd&tag=7649-20
Been running G.Skill Trident Z5 NEO RGB 6400MHz CL32 (2x16GB)with my X870-A and Ryzen 9 9700X for about a month now. Absolutely rock solid with EXPO enabled - just set it and forget it. The RGB integration with Aura Sync is seamless, and the performance improvement over my old 5200MHz kit is noticeable in productivity tasks. Memory-intensive games like Star Citizen also run much smoother. Expensive, but worth it if you want to extract maximum performance.
