The DDR5 6000MHz CL30 is the sweet spot for Ryzen 7000 series. So get any brands with this specs is recommended.

I just upgrade my ROG ALLY X with the WD Black SN850X. Works well no problems yet.
iPad, Samsung Galaxy Tab, Amazon Fire HD are all good tablets, just depends on how much you want to spend.
