AMD has officially announced Ryzen 9 9950X, release date on July 31st.
Depends on how much you would like to pay for GPU. Mostly, the RTX 4070 Ti SUPER and RTX 4080 SUPER are the best value.

AMD will release Ryzen 9000 series CPUs on July 31st, so X870/X870E motherboards will also released on that day.
Also waiting for 9800X3D, hope it will have a big improvement over 7800X3D.
