Don't always stick with X670/X870 motherboards, the cheap B650/B850 motherboards are also OK for RTX 4080 SUPER.
If AMD released 9800X3D before Black Friday 2024. The 7800X3D should go down under $300.
I'd recommend the WD Black SN850X, this SSD is very stable.
You will be totally fine with a 650W PSU.
