I'm building a new gaming rig with a MSI GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER GPU. What is the best PSU to pair with this graphics card in terms of wattage and quality?

I want to ensure my PSU can handle the power draw of the RTX 4070 SUPER as well as my other components. Is a 750W unit sufficient or should I go higher? Also, are there any specific models or brands that are highly recommended in terms of reliability, efficiency, and clean power delivery?

I'm looking for a high-quality PSU that will keep my system stable and last me several years. Any advice on the optimal PSU for the RTX 4070 SUPER would be much appreciated!

I think the Corsair RM850x is an ideal pick for powering the 4070 SUPER. At 850W, it has ample wattage headroom for overclocking and future upgrades. Its 80 PLUS Gold rating means high efficiency to reduce heat and power use. Fully modular cables minimize clutter for good airflow. High-quality Japanese 105°C caps ensure reliability. It stays quiet under load with a zero RPM fan mode too. Most importantly, the 10-year warranty demonstrates Corsair's full confidence in the RM850x’s performance and longevity.

I'm using a Cooler Master V850 SFX PSU with my 4070 Super build and it's working flawlessly. Being an SFX model it's smaller in size but delivers stable, reliable power even under heavy gaming loads. The 80+ Gold rating means great efficiency too. If you're going small form factor, I can definitely recommend the V850 SFX.

I think Corsair RM750e (2023) is enough for RTX 4070 SUPER.
