I recently got my hands on the ASUS ROG Strix G16 gaming laptop, and I'm loving it so far. However, I'm looking to upgrade the storage, and I'm wondering what the best SSD option would be. I'm considering factors like capacity, speed, and compatibility.
Has anyone here upgraded their ROG Strix G16's SSD? What brands and models would you recommend?

I'd highly recommend the Samsung 990 Pro PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. It's blazing fast with read speeds up to 7,450 MB/s and write speeds up to 6,900 MB/s. It's also compatible with PCIe 4.0, which your laptop supports. The 1TB or 2TB option should give you plenty of space for games and files.

If you're looking for top-tier performance, the Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus is an excellent choice for the ROG Strix G16. It's a PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD with incredible speeds - up to 7,000 MB/s read and 5,300 MB/s write. It might be overkill for some users, but if you want the best of the best, this is a strong contender.
