I recently purchased a 1TB SSD to replace my aging HDD. I'd like to transfer everything (OS, programs, files) without reinstalling Windows. What's the safest method to clone my drive? I've heard of Macrium Reflect and Clonezilla but I'm unsure which software is most reliable. Also, should I defrag my HDD first? Any potential pitfalls I should avoid?
